ABSTRACT

Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) are at the forefront of nanotechnology's rapid development, with numerous potentials uses in drug delivery and research. The effect of lipids and their structure on the formulation. The function of lipids in improving bioavailability, and the challenges of solid lipid nanoparticle-based delivery mechanism is described.in this article, we also described emulsifiers stabilise the nanoparticles, which are made from stable or solid lipid mixtures. Solid lipid nanoparticles approach holds a lot of potential for achieving the goal of regulated and precise drug administration for oral drug delivery systems.SLNs can effectively overcome the challenges associated with oral delivery of drugs that have low solubility, poor permeability, instability in the GIT, P-gp efflux and presystemic drug metabolism. The importance of solid lipid nanoparticles, as well as the considerable solubility problem is discussed. Drugs are transported through the lymphatic system in the human body is also described.
