ABSTRACT Emotional Intelligence is significant theoretically to analyze routine work of employees since the interpersonal relation in the organization are helpful in achieving goals. The employees working in different public or private sectors in our country are facing professional difficulties. Another study made an attempt to establish association among job satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence competencies. Job satisfaction is found to be significantly related to employee’s work and the organization. Stress is said to be an emotional condition when different practices are required to handle them. Job satisfaction is directly related to high productivity, when the employees are satisfied, they have lower stress level and their productivity will also be high. Stress is a condition which should be handled with care as its existence can lead to serious health issues.
