Author Name : Mohasim Hakim Kankar, Dr. Somdatta Bhaskarrao Kulkarni

ABSTRACT Atisara (diarrhoea) is a fairly common ailment within the present day day, due to irregular and dangerous practices related to ahara and vihara, which cause sarira and manavaigunyata (physical and mental involvement). Although atisara (diarrhoea) hardly ever poses a chance to health, it could persist and be quite painful. Atisara (diarrhoea) is becoming more not unusual each day. due to the affect of western eating habits, horrific nutrition practises and intellectual pressure. Here, we deal with Nidana Panchaka with a focal point on Samprapti of Atisara (diarrhoea) as referred to in Ayurvedic literature. Information the Nidana Panchaka and the samprapti in-intensity permits for the system of appropriate management of food plan (Ahara) for preventive measures of Atisara.
