“Black Friday Sales-How Companies use and get benefits”

It's a big shopping event and limited-time offers are the perfect strategy for e-commerce owners. Black Friday shoppers may be down, but more shoppers say they're going to look for holiday deals online.

The purpose of this study was to observe and analyze the consumer behavior and comments of black people Friday customer. The observation tool documented the in-line behavior of consumers while waiting for trades open, save entry behavior and individual behavior. Findings show that most shoppers demonstrated calmness, courtesy and happiness while shopping; nevertheless a series shoppers were exhibiting negative and potentially dangerous behavior that poses a security issue for the store staff and other shoppers. Implications for retailers, researchers, and family and consumer sciences educators are discussed.

Black Friday is a popular shopping event that takes place the day after Thanksgiving in the United States every year. It is now a worldwide phenomenon where businesses offer significant discounts on their products and services to encourage customers to buy.
