Blockchain in Digital Marketing: A Study on Role of Cryptocurrency In Marketing With Special Reference To Chennai City

ABSTRACT

Cryptocurrency an encrypted, peer-to-peer system for facilitating digital trade. Bitcoin is one of the first and most standard cryptocurrency, is paving the method as a disrupting technology to long standing and unaffected financial payment systems that have been in place for many years. While cryptocurrencies are not possible to replace traditional currency, they could change the way Internet-connected world-wide marketplaces interact with each other, clearing away barriers surrounding national money and exchange rates. Technology develops at a rapid rate, and the success of a given technology is almost exclusively dictated by the market upon which it seeks to progress. Cryptocurrencies may transform digital trade marketplaces by creating a free exchange system without fees. This research aims to explore the role of cryptocurrency in digital marketing. The cryptocurrency market is considered as one of the suitable environment reliant on the dispersed network innovation. This study includes survey of 100 respondents in Chennai city. Data collected for the study is from both primary and secondary data.
