Cause and Consequences of Adultery and Marital affairs in Madame Bovary

ABSTRACT

The history of the romantic relations between men and women has been the most wonderful and complicated one in human life since creation. Such romantic acts occur in different forms, for example hugging, and are epitomized by sexual intercourse between men and women. But this romantic or passionate intimacy outside the marriage is considered as an infidelity. This article reviews the overall view of Adultery and Extramarital affairs especially their major reasons to occur and the aftermath of committing adultery and indulging in extramarital affair. The root cause of adultery is identified. And occupational health hazards both physically and mentally in adultery and extramarital affairs are discussed. Religious perspective on prostitution is analysed along with its psychological aspect. This article is prepared through analytical and archival method of research.
