CMOS Sub-Bandgap Voltage Reference
Author Name : A.I. Tamboli, Yousuf Zai Md. Shadab Khan
Bandgap voltage reference (BGR) is one of the most important building blocks of most of the integrated circuit that we used today. It is generating fixed constant voltage irrespective of variation in the power supply. Because it is used to create a reference voltage which is necessary proper biasing of a transistor. We will used to implement the BGR with the help of current mirror and op-amp. The current mirror and op-amp circuit required 1.8V as VDD and gives the 1.2V as a voltage reference.
