College Student Admission Analysis using Machine Learning

ABSTRACT Every educational institution is interested in improving its student admission system. In this work, an attempt is being made to use Machine Learning technique known as Dimensionality Reduction - popularly known to be Principal Component Analysis. This method accepts the student dataset, analysis the attributes / dimensions present in the dataset and picks the most significant attributes which are orthogonal to each other. This project facilitates any educational institute in elucidating the most significant attributes of academic admission process which shall help in improvising the academic institutions.
