ABSTRACT This paper discusses about the comparative study of Shakta Upanishads. Upanishads are the concluding part of Vedas. They are considered as the jnanakanda portion of the Vedas. There are approximately 200 Upanishads. Amog them One hundred and eight Upanishads are listed in the Muktikopanishad a However, among these Upanishads, There is a commentary by Adi Shankaracharya on ten Upanishad and they are considered as the most important Upanishads from the point of view of Vedantic Philosophy.
