ABSTRACT Purpose-Despite the rapidly growing competition, the study of consumer behavior is very important. The aim of this paper is to identify the most effective medium for advertisement of Smartphone (in Rohtak city) and second, to find out the level of satisfaction that consumer derives out of their Smartphone and consumer motivation for buying a Smartphone (special reference to Blackberry, Samsung, Apple and Nokia).
