ABSTRACT
Accurate prediction of delivery time is a critical factor in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing logistics operations. This study focuses on using Support Vector Machine (SVM), a robust machine learning algorithm, to develop a predictive model for delivery time estimation. The research analyses various factors influencing delivery time, including distance, traffic conditions, weather, order volume, delivery mode, and time of day. By leveraging SVM's ability to handle non-linear relationships and high-dimensional data, the model is trained and validated on real-world logistics datasets.
