ABSTRACT In present investigation formulation of Levocetrizine and Montelukast sodium oral film was prepared by the solvent casting method. Different polymers were used for the preparation of films were screened for their film forming capacity, appearance and disintegration time. Fast dissolving film are having smooth surface and they are elegant. The thickness of the fast dissolving films was found 0.8-1 mm. The weight of Fast dissolving film was 16-27 mg. The folding endurance was found 37.3±0.57. Surface pH was found 6.26-6.84. The drug was dispersed in the range of 2.36-2.57. Film of 2 x 2 cm2 size taken and disintegration time checked visually was found 26.6-47 sec. In-vitro Dissolution studies shows drug release in range of 90.26±0.43-99.81±0.09 in 10 min. from formulation batch F2 selected as optimized Batch for further accelerated stability studies. . There were no considerable changes in physical parameters of film such as thickness, pH, folding indurance, weight variation, drug content, disintegration time of formulation F2 after accelerated study
