ABSTRACT This paper presents the design, construction, characterization, and performance evaluation of a custom-built thermal chamber specifically designed for cell testing. The chamber utilizes Peltier modules for its core cooling functionality, with an optional heating coil for achieving a wider temperature range. An Arduino microcontroller provides automated temperature control based on user-defined set points and sensor readings. The chamber body prioritizes thermal insulation and structural integrity, employing Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) foam, E-glass fiber, and epoxy resin. The paper outlines the chamber's specifications, operating principles, testing procedures, and performance evaluation results. Finally, the discussion section analyzes the chamber's capabilities and limitations, considering its suitability for the target application.
