ABSTRACT Mesiodens are supernumerary teeth in the maxilla, specifically in the palatal region between the central incisors. Mesiodens can interfere with normal tooth growth and development, causing delayed eruption of permanent teeth, displacement or rotation of adjacent teeth, root resorption, and pulpitis Early detection and surgical excision of mesiodens are critical for avoiding probable orthodontic and functional issues. This case report emphasizes the significance of frequent dental exams for diagnosing extra teeth. This paper presents three examples of mesiodens that fully erupted in the oral cavity. The patients had mesiodens extraction, which was a successful treatment with no complications recorded during or after surgery.
