Digital Device Usage and Its Impact on Social, Lifestyle, and Health Outcomes of Young Adults in Coimbatore

ABSTRACT Aim: The present study aims to investigate the impact of digital device usage on social & lifestyle dimensions among young adults as well to examine the health-related impact of digital device usage. The study also highlights whether demographic variables play a significant role in the effects of using digital devices and assess the extent to which usage related factors influence digital device usage. Methodology: Descriptive research design was taken and a structured questionnaire was used to gather data on 500 respondents in Coimbatore district. Data was analysed using statistical tools like Percentage Analysis, Factor Analysis, Independent Sample t-test and One-Way ANOVA.
