ABSTRACT The global demand for paper continues to rise due to expanding educational needs, industrial development, and the growing use of paper-based packaging. Traditional paper manufacturing depends largely on wood pulp, contributing to deforestation, biodiversity loss, high energy consumption, and pollution from chemical-intensive pulping and bleaching processes. These challenges highlight the urgent need for sustainable and circular alternatives. Utilizing agricultural residues as renewable raw materials offers a promising solution.
