ABSTRACT
Aerobic exercise is any physical activity that makes you sweat, makes you breathe more quickly, and makes your heart beat faster than it would at rest. Your heart and lungs get stronger and your cardiovascular system gets better at controlling and giving our body the oxygen, it needs. If onewants to work all of your muscles, aerobic exercise is the best way to do it. Aerobic exercise moves at a steady pace, and it can last for at least 10 minutes.This article focuses onthe conceptual framework of aerobic exercise, its effectiveness, measures of criterion, evidences, cardiovascular disease/ risk factors. Secondary data drawn from a lot of different books, journals, papers, and government reports.
