Effect of Kosatakyadi Niruha Basti in Vata-Kaphaj Sandhigata Vata WSR Musculoskeletal Disorders: A Case Series

ABSTRACT Background: Koṣatakyadi Niruha Basti is an Ayurvedic medicated decoction enema indicated for Vata-Kapha predominant disorders such as Sopha (edema), Mutraghata (urinary retention), and Amavata (rheumatoid arthritis-like symptoms). Objective: To assess the efficacy of Koṣatakyadi Niruha Basti in five clinically diagnosed patients with Vata-Kapha disorders.
