Elements of Farce, Wit, Mysterious Humour and Imagination in Count Dracula by Woody Allen

Author Name : Sweekriti Sethi

"Not every ending are frightening because some are hilariously frightening"...

Woody Allen a prolific and an ace Hollywood director, author, producer decided to write a humorous tale of a Vampire gothic fiction into a witty short story that contains wit, humour and farce as who would have imagined a deadly Count Dracula as a witty, funny, farcical character who is always considered as a dreaded figure that evokes fear and horror in the spines of the readers as it is a dead vampire awaken from his grave to suck blood out of the body of its prey but here in the Woody Allen fictitious setup unlike the classic Bram Stoker Dracula the same dreaded Dracula is evoking laughter in the place of fear and terror.
