ABSTRACT Over the last few years there have been important developments in the Human Resources and talent acquisition field with the introduction and growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning. Intelligent and skill based recruitment automation is one of many innovations that is driving this progression. It is a simple explanation of a process that a software system can to some extent predict a candidate's performance on the job rather than just a CV or a manual process. This is an example of how companies approach hiring, they do not take a fresh approach for each hire. Rather, they make use of information-based understandings which are currently stored in the system. Intelli360 system – Intelligent Recruitment and Skill Assessment System: It is an advanced web-based system, which aim to simplify and improve the process of hiring, from the side of both the recruiters and the candidates. While resumes and manual shortlisting is a significant component of the traditional recruitment process, with Intelli360, it's a skill-based evaluation tool that guarantees recruitment process with fairness, accuracy and efficiency.
