Exploring Gender Differences in Aggressive and Passive Aggressive Behaviour among Young Adults

ABSTRACT Aggression is defined as any act of physical or mental violence that when done can harm the other person either physically or psychologically. This research aims to delve into intricate dynamics of aggression, exploring connection between gender and aggression types. This study delves into the reasons behind aggressive and passive aggressive behavior, examining why males tend to be more aggressive whereas females tend to be more passive aggressive in nature. Utilizing the Buss- Perry Aggression questionnaire and Passive aggression scale, the research uncovers the insights into the different dimensions of aggressive and passiveaggressive behavior.
