This paper presents a Faculty Performance Calculator, a systematic approach to assessing faculty contributions based on predefined parameters such as teaching effectiveness, research output, student feedback, and administrative responsibilities. The proposed model leverages quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide an objective performance evaluation, ensuring transparency and fairness.
