Author Name : Komo Kalung, Tiwari Yogesh
ABSTRACT This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a herbal face wash utilizing key botanical ingredients: Aloe vera gel, Rose water, Raw honey, Almond oil, and Peppermint oil. These natural extracts are renowned for their therapeutic properties and are commonly used in skincare formulations. The formulation process involved careful selection and combination of ingredients to create a synergistic blend that addresses various skin concerns. Aloe vera gel, known for its hydrating and soothing properties, serves as the base of the face wash, providing moisture and calming irritated skin. Rose water, with its astringent and anti-inflammatory qualities, helps tone the skin and reduce redness. Raw honey acts as a humectant, attracting moisture to the skin while offering antibacterial benefits. Almond oil, rich in vitamins and antioxidants, nourishes and revitalizes the skin, promoting a healthy complexion. Peppermint oil provides a refreshing sensation and helps unclog pores, making it ideal for oily or acne-prone skin
