Golden Blood- Rh Null
Author Name : Ms. Divya Upreti, Ms. Christa Mathew
ABSTRACT
The golden blood type or Rh null blood group contains no Rh antigens (proteins) on the red blood corpuscle (RBC). This is the rarest blood type within the world, with but 50 individuals having this blood type . It was first seen in Aboriginal Australians. The worry with the golden blood type is that the donations of Rh null are incredibly scarce and difficult to get . An Rh null person has got to believe the cooperation of alittle network of normal Rh null donors round the world if they have the blood. Throughout the world, there are only nine active donors for this blood group. This makes it the world’s most precious blood type, hence the name golden blood.
