Nowadays there is a high demand for water, as the population increases, the quantity of water increases. Even now there is shortage of water in the villages. Everyday we need to drinking, wash clothes, take bathing, flush toilet etc. It is a big problem in villages. Natural resources of drinking water for consumers not enough to meet the daily demand. Grey water is generated from bathroom, kitchen, and basins. If we reuse grey water, we can also reduce the pressure on fresh water. Water conservation is assured grey water conservation and recycling is one of the steps. Grey water can be reuse for bathing, clothwashing, toilet flushing, car washing, garden irrigation. In both urban and rural locations, this gray water treatment is highly beneficial. This device recycles domestic waste water, providing an efficient way to conserve water resources. Households can lessen their need on fresh water by reusing grey water, which contributes to waste reduction and resource conservation. The article also covered how gray water treatment can help SBM achieve its objectives of making places healthier and cleaner. It highlights how crucial local solutions, government assistance, and community involvement are to expanding the use and accessibility of grey water treatment throughout India. by coming up with innovative and effective solutions to recycle gray water. Reusing and recycling treated grey water can save a substantial amount of fresh water every day, the study found.
