Health Monitoring System using ESP32

Author Name : Ramoji Sanjana, G Jayanth, D Rohith Goud, Utkarsh Kumar

ABSTRACT This project introduces an advanced IoT-based health monitoring system designed to provide continuous, real-time access to critical health metrics, including body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure. At the core of the system is the versatile ESP32 microcontroller, which integrates various biomedical sensors for data acquisition, processing, and dissemination. The sensors ensure accurate measurement of vital parameters, with the processed data displayed locally on an I2C LCD screen for immediate feedback. The system also leverages the ESP32's Wi-Fi capabilities to host a web server, enabling users to access their health metrics remotely through a responsive web interface. Developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the interface ensures compatibility across devices, offering real-time updates every 10 seconds using AJAX or WebSocket technologies. The user-friendly design incorporates intuitive visuals and trend charts, making it easy to track health patterns and identify anomalies. Modular and scalable, the system supports future upgrades to include additional sensors or extended applications, such as telemedicine and eldercare. This efficient and portable solution, powered by the ESP32's low-energy architecture, represents a significant step toward accessible, technology-driven health monitoring. Future iterations aim to integrate cloud storage and AI-based analytics for broader accessibility and predictive health insights.
