Homoeopathic Management of Palmoplantar Keratoderma: An Evidence-Based Case Report

ABSTRACT Background: Palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) is a heterogeneous group of keratinization disorders characterized by hyperkeratotic thickening of the palms and soles. While conventional treatments provide symptomatic relief, they often fail to address the underlying pathology holistically. Homoeopathy offers an individualized approach to managing chronic skin conditions, including PPK. This case report presents an evidence-based treatment outcome of PPK using Sulphur in LM potency.
