Hygiene Practices among School-Going Girls in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: A Comprehensive Review

ABSTRACT This comprehensive review synthesizes existing research on hygiene practices among school-going girls in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, with a specific focus on menstrual hygiene management (MHM). Recognizing the critical role of hygiene in the health, educational attainment, and overall well-being of adolescent girls, this study aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the current state of knowledge, practices, and challenges related to hygiene among this vulnerable population. A systematic review of academic databases, including PubMed, Google Scholar, and regional repositories, was conducted to identify relevant studies published up to [Insert cutoff year].
