Identification of Microorganisms In surface analysis Swab Test

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this paper is examination about to analyze the microorganisms by the environmental surface swab test. It involves in taking samples from surfaces or objects in an environment to detect the presence of microorganisms such as bacteria {e.g., E.coli, Salmonella}, Viruses {e.g., Norovirus, influenza} or Fungi {e.g., Aspergillus} on surfaces. Most of the laboratories are easily contaminated because of sampling procedures, experiments, handle with organisms, and other activities.To know the contamination of surface we are examining the surface through swab test.Through this paper we would find organisms which are present in the surface of laboratory to know the surface is contaminated or not contaminated. We are collecting the surface sample in the laboratory such as surroundings of Autoclave, colony counter, Laminar air flow, Incubator and Microscope.By identifying the microorganisms we can prevent the contamination of laboratory and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of environmental laboratory surface.
