Impact of Plastic Bullet for INSAS on a target with trajectory Correction

ABSTRACT

This research work focus on the analysis of the Plastic bullet that replaces the existing metal bulletin INSAS. The fundamentals of this research work are choosing materials. Plastic bullet with Aluminum Alloy Cartridge Case uses the highly reusable plastic known as thermoplastic to get economical and convenient construction. The research begins by designing the bullet and proceeds to analysis on the plastic tip of the bullet such as Structural Analysis, Thermal Analysis, and Fluid Analysis to get the better outcome. The design of the bullet is similar to that of the Metallic Bullet of INSAS (Indian Small Arms System) rifle. This research also includes the discussion of supersonic conditions.
