ABSTRACT Social media has greatly increased awareness of Kolkata's rich cultural legacy, which is celebrated through its colorful Bengali festivals. This study investigates how social media sites like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter promote these festivals and affect traveler choices. The study illustrates how social media improves visibility, engagement, and involvement in holidays like Durga Puja using surveys, interviews, and content analysis.
