ABSTRACT Eletriptan is ant migraine drug which is approve by US food administration on 26 Dec 2002, category of Eletriptan is NSAID, vasoconstriction, serotonin Agonist. Eletriptan binds selectively and with high affinity to 5-HT1d, 5-HT1b and 5-HT1 f receptors. Synthesis of Eletriptan by catalytic reduction contains impurity it affects on yield of Eletriptan. Eletriptn drug contains near about 21 impurities; impurity profiling is analytical method to detection organic and inorganic impurities of drug substances by using different methods.
