ABTRACT The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) is an intranet-based application developed for the State Government to streamline the eligibility and benefits process for citizens seeking guiding in health and insurance. That is managed by the Department of Health Services (DHS), IES enables DHS caseworkers to efficiently access, manage, and distribute benefits to eligible citizens across a range of programs, including SNAP, Medic-Aid, and Indian Works. The IES system is designed exclusively for use in DHS offices, requiring citizens to meet with caseworkers to apply for benefits. The IES application comprises several core modules, each serving a distinct function in the eligibility process: the Admin Module for managing caseworker accounts and program plans, the Application Registration (AR) Module for citizen verification and application creation, the Data Collection (DC) Module for gathering essential applicant information, and the Eligibility Determination (ED) Module which assesses eligibility by crossreferencing application data with program criteria. Additional modules include the Correspondence (CO) Module for sending notifications, the Benefit Issuance (BI) Module for disbursing approved funds, and a Reports Module to generate data reports by plan type, status, and applicant demographics. Through this comprehensive structure, IES ensures an efficient, secure, and accessible system for Indian citizens in need of public assistance programs.
