ABSTRACT Integration of behavioral health data analytics in Medicaid programs creates a transformative opportunity to improve patient outcomes and optimize healthcare delivery. Medicaid is an important safety net for low-income people, often seeing very complex patient populations with comorbid physical and mental health conditions. Traditional healthcare systems frequently fall short of addressing the full spectrum of patient needs, partly due to the usual fragmentation in data and care processes.
