Intelligent Online Food Order Inventory Management System Using Machine Learning

ABSTRACT Online food ordering platforms face significant challenges in managing inventory effectively, resulting in food waste, order cancellations, and reduced customer satisfaction. This research proposes an Intelligent Online Food Order Inventory Management System integrated with Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for real-time demand forecasting, stock optimization, and order processing. Using historical sales data, product categories, seasonal trends, and customer preferences, the proposed system predicts inventory demand, reduces overstock and understock conditions, and ensures efficient supply chain management.
