Internet of Things and Big Data Based Construction of Food Safety Traceability System for People’s Health

In the context of disease prevention, monitoring, data analysis, and food safety traceability have become even more important. At the same time, the most important cause of food safety problems is incomplete, opaque and asymmetric information. The most basic way to solve these problems is to do a good job of traceability and establish a sound and reliable food safety traceability system. The traceability system is now an important means of ensuring food quality and safety, and solves the crisis of trust between consumers and the market. Studying food safety traceability systems based on big data, artificial intelligence and Internet of Things provides ideas and methods to solve the problem of low reliability and difficulty of data storage in applications. using a traditional traceability system. Therefore, this study takes rice as an example and proposes a food safety traceability system based on RFID two-dimensional code technology and IoT big data storage technology. This article applies RFID technology to the entire system by analyzing system requirements, designing system databases and database tables, encoding two-way codes, and creating designs for information. information input . Using RFID radio frequency technology and large data storage function to obtain information during food production. Finally, the entire process of food production information can be tracked through the design of a dynamic query platform and a mobile terminal. In this study, the food safety traceability system based on big data and the Internet of Things ensures the integrity, reliability and security of the traceability information at the technical level. It is an effective solution to strengthen reliability of traceability information, ensure information integrity and optimize data storage structure.
