ABSTRACT The IoT-Based Dog Health Monitoring System introduces an innovative solution for real-time tracking of a dog's health, empowering pet owners to ensure the well-being of their pets. This system utilizes a combination of advanced sensors, including the MPU6050 for motion detection, DS18B20 for temperature measurement, MAX30102 for heart rate monitoring, and NEO-6M for GPS tracking. These sensors interface with the ESP32 microcontroller, which serves as the central processing unit to collect, analyse, and transmit data. The system also integrates a GSM module to provide SMS alerts. Both the Blynk platform and a specially designed mobile application display the health and activity data, providing an intuitive user experience with actionable insights and real-time warnings. Through ongoing vital parameter monitoring, it makes it possible to identify any health problems early and gives pet owners timely information so they may take preventive or remedial action. The inclusion of GPS functionality ensures safety by allowing location tracking, while behavioural monitoring provides insights into activity levels.Through its focus on real-time data and predictive analytics, the IoT-Based Dog Health Monitoring System supports proactive health management, fostering healthier and longer lives for pets while strengthening the bond between owners and their dogs.
