Language and Its Uses

ABSTRACT: At the middle level, every child should be taught at least two languages. Hindi and English junior should be started at the end of basic level and this should be kept in view that two languages are not started in any one year. At the end of secondary and higher secondary levels, at least two languages should be studied one of which should be mother tongue or regional language. Therefore, the Mudaliar Commission has said that under the present circumstances every student should study three language necessarily.
