ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence has accelerated the adoption of multi-agent systems, where multiple autonomous agents interact, collaborate, or compete to solve complex problems. Unlike single-agent systems, Multi-Agent Artificial Intelligence (MAAI) introduces challenges such as coordination, communication, non-stationarity, scalability, and decentralized decision- making. Traditional learning and control approaches often struggle to address dynamic environments, partial observability, and inter-agent dependencies.
