Origin and Evolution of Service Centers in Hardoi District (U.P)

ABSTRACT

Whenever we speak of Centers in their historical context we mean their origin or foundation and stages of growth or evolution with regard to changes and addition in their internal morphological characteristics considered independently as well as Comparatively. Therefore study of morphogenesis of service centres has greater importance for areal development. In the present paper an attempt has been made to examine genesis and growth of service centres in Hardoi district, U.P. during different time periods.
