Personality Prediction through CV or Resume Analysis

ABSTRACT

This system can be used in many business sectors that may require an expert candidate. Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), enables a machine to become more like a human, bridging the gap between machines and humans. This system will reduce the workload of human resources and help them select the right candidate for a desired job profile, providing an expert workforce for the organization. Admin can easily shortlist candidates based on their online test marks and select the appropriate candidate. It provides a consistent and fair CV ranking policy, enabling a more effective way to shortlist submitted candidate CVs from a large number of applicants, which can be legally justified. The system focuses not only on qualifications and experience but also on other important aspects required for a particular job position. This will greatly assist the HR department in their candidate selection process.
