ABSTRACT Objective: The goal of the current investigation was to determine the guggul's physicochemical data. The gum-resin exudate known as guggul is produced by the Burseraceae family plant Commiphora weightii (Arn.) Bhandari. Guggul is always cleansed in Ayurveda. Guggul is rendered non-toxic, efficient, appropriate, and suited for medicinal uses. Herbal traditions are closely related to even contemporary conventional medicine. Herbal medicine, like other alternative therapies, aims to restore the body to a state of balance, or health, rather than curing illness.
