Prevalence and Pattern of Substance Abuse among the College Students in Kohima District, Nagaland (India)

ABATRACT Background: Substance abuse, a major public health problem affects our society on multiple levels. Unfortunately, adolescents and youths particularly the students are the victim of this menace during their highly creative phase of life. Another disturbing fact is the age of initiation which is progressively declining. Aims and Objective of the study: To find out to find the prevalence and pattern of substance abuse among the college students in Kohima, Nagaland.
