Author Name : Dr. Seema Goyal, Swati Singh

ABSTRACT

Cyberspace is the domains depicted by usage of electronics and electromagnetic spectrum to strore, modify or exchange information via network or using internet and associated with physical infrastructures. In other words, it can be considered as inter connection of human beings by means of computers and telecom with regard to physical geography. Thus, cyberspace is a virtual world that technically exists only in computer memory but, it is interactive and pulsing with life. In todays life everyone is dependent on internet even for our slightest needs. For e.g. for booking a railway tickets, for shopping, online transaction, for educational purposes, online order for food etc. for all these purposes we generally go online. Now internet has become essential part of our life and without it our life has become impossible. The Internet has been a benediction as well as a calumny at the same time. The curse or calumny as we know many people are appropriating our intellectual property without paying for it. But I think it's important to realize the blessing of the Internet, which is that everybody has a voice and we can break through, even without record companies.
