Our business model integrates existing service centers and technicians into a unified platform, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of specific customer segments. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, innovation, collaboration, transparency, and sustainability, we envision establishing 25 service centers across tier 1 and tier 2 cities in the first year. Our revenue projection for the inaugural year is ₹36,00,000, with a net profit of ₹6,00,000. The strategy involves initial personal financing and potential expansion into other funding sources as the business scales up. A subscription model offering varied maintenance packages aims to cater to different customer preferences and budgets.
