ABSTRACT Managing academic and extracurricular projects effectively is a key challenge for students and faculty in a college environment. This project focuses on developing a Project Management Portal, a web-based application designed to facilitate the organization, tracking, and collaboration of projects within a college setting. The portal allows users to create projects, assign tasks, monitor progress through status updates and visual dashboards, and set deadlines with automated reminders. Additional features include file sharing, team collaboration through integrated chat systems, and role-based access for project managers and team members to ensure data security.
