ABSTRACT
Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty in Greek mythology, has enormous influence over both humans and immortals. Numerous examples of Aphrodite's punishment of those who disregarded her devotion or scorned her authority can be found in ancient mythology, along with situations where she favored and protected people who paid her tribute and acknowledged her authority. She also fully accepts responsibility for annihilating anybody who makes her envious or who compares her beauty to that of a mortal.Numerous humans and immortals have slept in Aphrodite's bed. Even though she is a goddess, she has whims like any other mortal woman and acts accordingly while also repenting for causing some mischief, as in the story of the birth of Adonis, who was born out of incest between King Cinyras the Cyprian and his daughter Aphrodite as her revenge for boasting that his daughter was more beautiful than Aphrodite. In Greek mythology, she too endures suffering, just like the other gods, and they were undoubtedly not exempt from the suffering and ardor that we, as humans, go through. This paper has tried to put a light on the projection of Aphrodite having all the human qualities or state of being which is merely temporal or worldly. Not only that the paper also tries to implore the expression of femineity through the actions taken by the magnanimous Greek goddess.
