ABSTRACT Background: Assessing the quality of life of rag pickers involves considering various factors that impact their well- being, living conditions, and overall satisfaction. Rag pickers, often working in informal sectors, may face challenging circumstances, and evaluating their quality of life requires a holistic approach. The aim of the study is to assess the quality of life (QoL) of rag pickers by Using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory in Bhubaneswar city, Odisha. Materials and Methodology: - The primary data were collected from 200 samples of rag pickers households having at least one personengaged in the rag picking profession.
