ABSTRACT

This research presents an innovative web-based medical imaging system designed for automated brain tumor detection, localization, and treatment planning support. The application leverages Quantum learning of QSVM and QCNN techniques to provide a comprehensive solution for medical image analysis. The system implements a secure user authentication mechanism using SQLite database, ensuring protected access through personalized login and registration functionality.
