ABSTRACT:  The present paper explores and redefines the creativity in literature by applying the tenets of critical theory of Bricolage. The study examines how the tenets of bricolage play dominant role in the construction of new meaning, challenges conventional ideas of the writer and the narrative structure by blending different elements. The study sought to analyze the impact of redefining the creativity on the interpretation of literary works. It considers how the tenets of bricolage transform the traditional approach to literature. The study investigates the theoretical and practical tenets of bricolage in literature. It focuses on different literary genres historical spans which will be the part of the study. It will help us to understand the diverse cultural, social and temporal factors which reflect the manifestation and reception of bricolage within literature.
